Want to work with animals? Assist in emergency responses and at clinics. Experience would be great, but if you want to learn, you can help too. Our emergencies are handled with advice from Dr. Swanston or Dr. Mike on St. Martin.
Our building and property need periodic maintenance and our truck needs periodic maintenance and repairs. We can use help with both.
Before and after every clinic we need to clean the facility. Let us know if you can help.
We take turns answering the SEAWF cell phone for emergencies and veterinary appointments. Are you willing to answer the phone? You will need to have easy access to email to do this. We answer 7 days a week including holidays, but not 24 hours a day.
If you're handy with a spreadsheet, we can use some help keeping track of things at clinics and for our financial system. We also have pet information, medical history, and a pet database to maintain.
Occasionally volunteer veterinarians and their vet assistants come to Statia to help with our Sterilization Campaign. If you are a veterinarian interested in holding a clinic on our island. Please contact us for more information and scheduling.
